I understand that unexpected commitments, illnesses, and life events can affect your appointments. However, I kindly ask for your cooperation in 48 hours notifying, If you find that you cannot make it, please take one of the following actions:
- Cancel or reschedule your appointment online through the reminder text or email.
- Utilize the confirmation you received when initially booking the appointment to cancel or reschedule. This courtesy allows me to accommodate clients on the waitlist or fill the available spot.
