Sound therapy is slowly being researched in the treatment of mental health disorders and chronic pain. Evidence has shown that singing bowls and tuning forks may have a positive effect on pain, mood and sleep issues, and has the ability to alter autistic behaviours.

Ashmira Botanica's Sonic Energy Therapy treatment uses singing bowls to be used on your body whilst cocooned in a pink clay wrap. The bowls being used to massage your body and used on your energy centres to bring balance and relaxation. These are also used around the body along with tuning forks, and on some acupressure points. Specific music is played alongside this treatment to further enhance the sound experience. An optional drink of ceremonial cacao is offered to further deepen this experience.

Many report a complete sense of calmness and relaxation in this treatment, with some drifting off into another world.
