Welcome to our surgery website where we hope you will quickly benefit from a user friendly layout and a wealth of information about our healthcare services. Convenience doesn’t stop there and you can now access a number of services online. Ordering a repeat prescription or sending us your comments are both just a click away. And if you’re not yet registered with us you can download the necessary forms here too. All patient areas at Fochabers Medical Practice are suitable for wheelchair access. The main entrance has push-button automatic doors. For patients with hearing aids there is a loop system at the reception desk. We have access to a translation service for those of whom do not speak English as a first language. We would like to point out that any negative or derogatory comments about the GPs or staff of Fochabers Medical Practice will be deleted and the poster removed from the Practice page.

Vacancy has arisen for a cleaner at Fochabers Medical Practice - 4 hours per week
The hours are spread over Monday and Tuesday either 6-8 am or 5.30-7.30 pm flexibility to these hours can be considered
The job entails cleaning office and clinical spaces to a high standard
The successful candidate will have a professional approach and an understanding of the importance of maintaining and observing confidentiality

MONDAY

Fochabers Medical Practice will be closed on Monday 23rd September for an NHSG Public Holiday. During this time, the phone lines will be taken over by NHS Grampian

The practice will re-open on Tuesday 24th September at 8:30 am

If you require medical assistance throughout this closure, please call NHS 24 on 111.

Equipment returns

If you have been given a BP machine to monitor your blood pressure from the practice please can we request that you return it?

All equipment is issued on a loan basis.

We need the machines so that we can continue to loan them out to all patients as needed.

Please bring any machines into reception.
