My kids' Christmas lists seem to get longer every year.🙈

How do we balance the "getting" with "giving"?❤️

It's tough. That's why one of the core themes of 'A Calm Christmas Countdown' is gratitude.

It’s not preachy. It’s just simple, tiny prompts. Things like 'draw a picture for someone who helped you today' or 'think of three small things you're thankful for'.

It’s my gentle way of shifting the focus from 'what am I getting?' to 'what can I give?' (even if it's just a thank-you hug for the postie).🎄🥰
