Tomorrow is the first day of the official Christmas countdown 🎄❤️

For those who know me from my 'My Passport' colouring books, you know my passion is helping families explore and connect.

This book is the same... just for the 'indoor season'.

I've taken that same principle of 'mindful activity' and applied it to the craziest time of year. 'A Calm Christmas Countdown' is my new 'baby', and it's all about helping families navigate the adventure of the festive season.

It's tough. That's why one of the core themes of 'A Calm Christmas Countdown' is gratitude.

It’s not preachy. It’s just simple, tiny prompts. Things like 'draw a picture for someone who helped you today' or 'think of three small things you're thankful for'.

It’s my gentle way of shifting the focus from 'what am I getting?' to 'what can I give?' (even if it's just a thank-you hug for the postie).🎄🥰
