SOUND BATH SCHEDULE FOR MARCH IN FOLKESTONE

An hour’s sound bath with an invitation to stay behind afterwards for tea and light snacks to help integrate and ground the session.

Sound baths are deeply relaxing and reinvigorating experiences and help to reconnect to our essence at a very deep level. I weave intuitive healing sounds and tones using my voice and an assortment of other instruments including Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, shruti box, rattles, rain pillar and shamanic drums.

We close the sound bath with a period of complete silence and stillness of at least 5 minutes to allow whatever has been released or revealed the space to heal and ground.

No requirement to bring any mats, blankets, pillows or eye masks as they are all provided for

Join us for a deeply immersive 3.5 hour sound journey, beginning with a heart-opening cacao ceremony and unfolding into layers of vibration, voice and frequency that invite profound rest, release and recalibration.

This is an invitation to slow down.
To soften the nervous system.
To let sound do what words cannot.

Guided by gongs, intuitive voice, flutes, sacred instruments and subtle energetic attunement, this immersion supports the body, mind and subconscious to reset into greater coherence, ease and presence. You’ll be held in a safe, intentional space where sound becomes medicine and stillness becomes accessible again.
We’ll begin with ceremonial cacao, opening the heart and grounding the body, before moving into an extended sound immersion designed to take you beyond the thinking mind and into direct experience. Finishing with a short period of complete silence to allow the body and mind to ground and integrate the experience.

Please bring along mats, blankets and pillows to make yourself as comfortable as possible for the session.

Cristina is a sound healer and ThetaHealing®️ Master who blends sound, vibration and subconscious mind work to support deep energetic, physical and emotional reset. Martin has long been fascinated by sound vibrations and their ability to unlock healing processes in the mind and body. He approaches instruments as a way of facilitating the infinite potential of sound and vibration, offering sound as medicine that works on a deep, subtle level.

Giles is a sound practitioner, somatic coach and artist. He weaves intuitive vocal sounds, tones and mantra throughout his sessions, adding a unique fragrance of expression to the experience. With a particular love for gongs and Flumi work, he merges sound and voice to create a sacred, organic flow that deeply supports embodiment and release.

Sunday Slowdown Sounds Series

I love to play around with the endless unfolding of possibilities and sequences that can be expressed through the instruments and my voice.

Sound is the gift that keeps on giving.
The mystery that keeps unveiling
The medicine that keeps on grounding us in its grace and wisdom.
Sometimes fierce. Most often a Lullaby of gentle frequencies.
Always deeply transformative.
Humbling and reconstituting us on many levels. Interacting with all our energy bodies.

Sound is having a renaissance, a resurrection of an ancient mystery that is so much needed to support the collective during this time of great shaking.

The potency of the medicine appears to have spiralled up another notch since the beginning of the year too based on the incredible feedback I receive after every sound bath I do.

People are being deeply touched and supported at such a deep level.

I am so deeply grateful to be of service through sound.

Monthly Shamanic Drum Journey and Sound Bath sessions

An invitation to join myself and my wife Katrin, an artist and shamanic practitioner, for one of our monthy shamanic drum journeys and sound bath sessions

We gather to honour the spirits of our ancestors to support our journey into the unseen realms and mystery of life, and to help gain valuable insights and inspiration to support our spiritual growth and maintain balance in our lives, as well as leaving us feeling relaxed and restored.

Allow this to further percolate away as you surrender into healing sounds and tones of the sound bath, a sonic massage for the soul. Yin Yoga and Sound Bath.

This Saturday morning (21st Feb) at 10am

Come and join myself and Natasha Quinn for a Yin Yoga and Sound Bath session to start off your weekend in a relaxed manner.

Natasha has been teaching yoga since 2009. Yin is a slow meditative practice holding the poses for 3- 5 minutes, this encourages softness, stillness and deep release within the connective tissues, helping to improve flexibility, emotional awareness and nervous system regulation.

Followed by an hour’s sound bath which are deeply relaxing and reinvigorating experiences and help to reconnect to our essence at a very deep level. I weave intuitive healing sounds and tones using my voice and an assortment of other instruments including Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, shruti box, rattles, rain pillar and shamanic drums.
