I am still feeling the after glow of the vocal toning circle and sound bath session from Sat.

It was such a profound nourishing and healing experience for everyone.

It’s such a joy and privilege to do this work and gather in community to offer intuitively weaved sounds and tones into the collective field for ourselves and the good of all.

Next one is on Saturday ( not Thu as I said in the video!) 25th April.

I would happily do this every month if there was enough interest. It’s such sacred and important medicine during this time of great shaking and change we are living in.

I am introducing a monthly morning half-price sound bath of £10.

I was keen to do a regular more affordable session each month.

I will be rotating the days of the week too to make it as accessible as possible.

The energies of a morning session create a different flavour to the experience and allows for a longer time to be awake to consciously integrate and ground after the session.

Happy new year!

Here is my Monthly video update talking about all the events I am doing in Jan.

A great mix of opportunities to bathe in the Soothing Sacred Sound frequencies this month.

Shamanic journey and sound bath on 18th: 4pm
2 evening group sound baths on 15th and 28th: 7pm
