Thursday 6-7pm for yoga followed by optional climbing social. Work on deep stretches, shoulder openers and good vibes.

Friday sunrise beach yoga 7.15-8am let’s make the most of the stunning autumnal sunrises before we wind down beach classes for winter. Optional sea dip for the brave.

Happy summer solstice 🌞

Thank you yogis who came, stretched and dipped with us. All I can say is WOW. The energy was magical, I can’t stop smiling at the incredible energy we all created together.

New class: Monday 7-7.45am beach yoga on sunny sands. Start your week the best way with some sunrise stretches tomorrow.

Wednesday: celebrate the solstice with a yoga and swim. I’ve teamed up with the lovely for a summer solstice special.
Yoga from 6-6.45pm on sunny sands followed by a dip and then on to for a social. Come to all or any part to celebrate the longest day of the year. 🌞
Friday: 7-7.45am beach yoga. The original feel good beach yoga is back.

£5 each. All levels, ages (16+) welcome. Who’s coming to all three? Dm to book.

And as an added bonus it’ll be a full hour class.
