Hey, It’s Thursday booking time everyone ! There are still a few spaces left in tomorrow’s sessions -12pm & 6.30pm. Hey you amazing people ! Hope you had a fab weekend ! So Facebook shows me that people very rarely watch a video that’s over a minute long, this is just over 2 minutes, but if you can watch to the end there is a beautiful message in this video ! Community, and how Important it is!

Yeah it’s my normal manic adhd trip to the studio for me on a Saturday morning ! But you beautiful people that all go and have coffee together after class ! It’s just amazing ❤️ you never knew each other, and now choose to do this after class. TOGETHER ❤️ It makes me so happy 😊 !

NEW CLASS ALERT ‼️ you asked, so it’s here ! The new early morning Impact Yoga session will start next Wednesday 31st January 2024 at 6.30am ! Perfect for you early risers or if you want to get an early session in before you start work ! We have just been around this awesome beautiful town of ours dropping off the new Impact Yoga double sided flyers with the QR code on that I couldn’t stop banging on about 🤣 apparently it can even be scanned from a screenshot of the flyers like here , but I ain’t sure … I’m gonna give it a bash haha ( swipe right for other pics ) it is so amazing how everyone in Folkestone that owns a business are so lovely and support each other, it’s just … “yeah sure of course you can leave some” 😊❤️ I love this community ! One particular place that warmed our hearts was that had this amazing pinboard up ( 3rd picture across ) and I had a conversation with one of the owners about what a beautiful thing this was to do 😃.
