The Ascending are currently immersed in a profound and transformational era on Earth, as higher Ascension Energies flow throughout the planet.

Those consciously ascending are becoming attuned to their heightened energies and inner guidance, they are skillfully navigating this evolving new Earth. When sensing intense energies, it represents substantial upgrades are occurring within.

The soul is made up of multiple selves and its conscious purpose in this lifetime is to overcome all that is false from within. The Soul returns here to revisit familiar places, to encounter the same stars, expansive oceans, mountain ranges and more. To again reunite with loved ones, all sentient beings, animal life and humanity.

During this time of great change, the collective 3D consciousness is experiencing collapse, anxiety, and fear, emitting low vibrational frequencies that are falling onto the planet and affecting the overall frequency for the next 72 hours, there will be significant increases in vibrational and collective conscious resonance, with lower vibrational levels being mostly affected.

Why everything feels so intense right now... and what it actually means.
Let’s not sugarcoat it...
A lot of people are feeling weird right now. Off. You’re tired for no reason. Your emotions are all over the place. You might be having strange dreams, body aches, random anxiety, or moments where time doesn’t even feel real.
It’s like something’s going on... but nobody around you seems to be saying it out loud. So here it is...
Something is going on.
We’re in a kind of energetic squeeze leading up to the Solstice on June 20th. It’s like we’re being pressed from all sides... physically, emotionally, spiritually. This isn’t just another rough week. This is deep. And for some of us, it’s hitting hard.
So what’s really happening?
Think of it like this... you’re in a kind of birth canal.
Everything that doesn’t belong in your next chapter is getting squeezed out. Old stories. Old habits. Old wounds. Old ways of thinking. It’s uncomfortable. It’s exhausting. But it’s also... necessary.
Your body’s feeling it. That deep, bone-level fatigue? The chest tightness or buzzing in your body?
Random aches that come and go?The emotions that don’t make any sense?
That’s not just stress.
That’s your system trying to adjust to a higher level of energy. You’re not broken.
You’re changing. Your mind’s feeling it.
You might feel out of it... like you’re watching life happen around you instead of being in it. Or maybe your thoughts are super clear one minute, then foggy the next.
You’re probably noticing you can’t lie to yourself anymore... about what you want, what you feel, or what you’re pretending to be okay with. That’s not a crisis. That’s truth finally breaking through.

The Solstice Slow Down on June the 20th signifies a time when we slow down before moving forward into the journey around the Sun. It may make the ascending feel heavy , uncomfortable, sluggish and fatigued . Heightened sensitivity, heightened metaphysical awareness.
These symptoms are part of the energetic shifts happening during this time and may impact individuals ascending to higher levels of consciousness.

Sometimes.....on the surface, we all look like we’re doing fine.
We look pleasant and unbothered.
We smile and say we’re doing fine.
We laugh. We’re polite.
We try to dot our i’s and cross our t’s.
We post pictures of our happy lives and we post out all of our accomplishments and wins.
On the surface, we all look like we’re doing fine.
Which makes it easy to compare.
It makes it easy to ignore each other, be short with each other and cut each other off. It makes it easy to judge and even easier to withhold grace.
But the truth is, if we could look under the surface, I think we’d see that for the most part we’re probably not as fine as we appear.
We’re doing our best. We’re trying to put on a brave face. We’re trying to be sunshine, but deep down some storms are brewing.
We’re stressed. We’re exhausted.
We’re burned out.
We’re being hit by waves of grief and so many of us are just going through the motions trying to get through.
People are fighting a million battles behind closed doors that we will never know about, but the truth is, if we could
peak in, it would probably break our hearts.
We can’t always fix everything for each other. We don’t have magic wands we can just wave around and make problems magically disappear, but we can be better to each other. We can be more understanding and more considerate.
