We are currently looking for a Branch Manager to head up our Thanet office. This is a fantastic opportunity supporting a busy home care business to ensure our amazing clients receive outstanding care and support in the comfort of their own home.

Your role will involve a variety of responsibilities including; staff management, services provision, administration, business development, financial management, training and development, health & safety. Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal but we are very open to discussing this role with anyone who feels they could add value in this role.

You will have the following skills and experience:

Genuine passion for elderly care

Understanding of compliance guidelines

Strong working knowledge of CQC

NVQ Level 5 / RMA qualification

Strong leadership skills

Excellent communication skills

Experience in leading and motivating a team

Right to work in the UK
