I'm posting this as it's a great opportunity!
I will be delivering some of the sessions on this wonderful course which takes us through the summer and is FREE! Its all about empowering women and improving wellbeing using creative techniques. If you are interested I can put you in touch with the coordinator.
The age threshold has been lowered to 40+ too 🙂
If you have any questions I will try my best to answer and please share to anyone else you think might benefit ###

I will be here on these dates, having a little pop up stall, with a mash-up of stock from my 3 previous businesses - wellbeing/spirituality, reminiscence/games activities and retro/vintage collectables. I'd love it if you could spread the word for me - and pop down on the day. Lots of bargain Christmas and birthday gifts for sale.

FOR SALE - BARGAIN!
Hello friends, could you pass the word on to anybody that might be interested please?
I have some stock left from a Health and Wellbeing business that I had to close in the pandemic. I would like to sell the whole lot at cost or even less than cost price. If you have, or know someone that has, an alternative business, are a therapist, sell at Health & Wellbeing or Mind, Body, Spirit fairs, or have a shop of the same ilk, this is a great opportunity. I have some photos here that give you an idea of the products, which are quite varied - books, crystals, home wares, flower remedies, cards, jewellery and so on. You can make quite a profit here.
