Such a special day with our friends from Little Oaks Sandgate 🥰 Thank you for such a wonderful year of singing to our residents and making them such lovely art pieces😺 The card that you made for us all was very much appreciated and have the best time in primary school🥳

What a day! Just a few pictures from our summer party today! 🎪

Residents, Families and loved ones enjoyed playing some classic games, singing along to Rob, enjoying delicious ice cream and face painting.

Jean won ‘guess the amount of sweets in the jar’ and Anne won ‘ guess the name of the teddy bear’!🧸 all our residents contributed a name and the real name for the teddy was picked by our resident in bed Jean.

Huge thank you to our care team and maintenance, today wouldn’t be possible without you! And to our fantastic chefs who cooked an absolute feast 🍗

To Sharon at Ice delights for providing ice creams, ROB Zandee MUSIC for his entertainment, our amazing The Painted Lady Face Painter, The Pocket Ponies for your time and cuddles, and our wonderful residents❤️

We wanted to include our residents who are unable to attend the party with some musical talent, and the lovely Ollie got the bus over on his summer holidays to volunteer to sing to our residents ❤️ thank you very much. 🎸 we hope to see you again soon!

A reminder for the upcoming summer party this Saturday! Here are the timings for all of the entertainment we’ve got in store🥳

Car sharing is recommended to allow as much car park space as possible 🚗

We are still accepting any raffle donations and if you are able to buy your raffle tickets before the day it would be greatly appreciated, they are £1 a strip☀️

Yesterday we had a leaving party for our two dedicated HCAs Sumina and Nishani, before they relocate to Brunei ❤️

We wish them the very best of luck with their new adventures and they will be sorely missed. Thank you for all your commitment to resident welfare and hard work.

Friday we celebrated the birthday of our resident Sheila! She played a game of bingo with her friends in the home and had a nice time with her family! Thank you to chef Sandip for the cake🥳

Our collection of summer raffle prizes has started! If you have anything that you would like to donate, then we’ll be happy to take it🥳 Raffle tickets are now available at £1 a strip

Our week was full of pampers! Some of our residents were treated to a smart hair cut and style by our hairdresser, followed by a wonderful visit from Cooper the Black Greyhound! They enjoyed feeding him lots of treats and having cuddles too!
