No I haven't been ignoring people, my account was hacked then disabled 2 months ago, and that whole time there was no way to get any information or help from Facebook, but now, finally and randomly, it's sorted 😊

Forgot to post about this! A few weeks ago I once again attended cyclothon, a 12 hour Race/charity event at Brands Hatch with Athletes' Angels
Always a great event to work at, despite the mid-day monsoon!

Great to see Chloe McCardel - Marathon Swimmer this morning for some treatment after she equalled the world record for channel crossings this week - next week she beats it and becomes Queen of the English channel!

I've been working with Chloe for the last month helping her to recover then prepare for her mega swims

So a few pictures and clips from our mad week! Supporting the Lulworth2lydd200 runners, Ben & Paul.
In addition to being Van driver and massage therapist, over the week I was given various job promotions such as -
Logistics manager, catering officer, financial adviser, route planner, nutritionist, chief medical officer, photographer and film maker.

Well done to these two, 227 mile's ran. Aside from the final day, the shortest day they had was a marathon, and the biggest was 37.5 miles!

Trying to treat them on route and in the evenings to keep them going, Paul certainly picked up the injuries for the team. He already had a pre existing knee injury and swelling before we started, but a fall in the new forest caused an ankle sprain/ligament damage and a swollen ankle for the run, and then by the end he had, what is potentially, a slight hamstring tear and bruising!

Day 5! Early start today from the Beach Green Hotel In lancing today. After yesterday's 37.5 day, it's "only" 30 miles today to Eastbourne through Brighton. Quick breakfast and some maintenance to Paul's ankle and they're off!
