This Yoga Retreat was transformational.
I expected to feel rested, but I never imagined I would feel as energised as I did. It was an exceptional yoga retreat from start to finish. It was so well organised that I just felt ‘taken care of’ the moment I stepped off the plane and my feet touched down in France. Le Bezy is the most peaceful and beautiful place to stay, a little sanctuary nestled into the rolling hills of the French Pyrenees. It ignites a feeling of calmness just in its nature and the great expanse of the sky and backdrop of mountains offered us the opportunity to ground in and settle.
The retreat was so well balanced in terms of its structure. For me, it offered the ideal blend of yoga, meditation, reading, swimming, walking, reflection, journaling, personal time, quiet time, connected social time, talking, laughing, eating, sleeping and nature. Somehow, it felt like we did so much and yet there was just an abundance of space and time.
I learnt so much about myself and I also made some wonderful new friendships. This retreat is so much more than yoga. I am so very grateful for the experience.
