Location: Speedway, Arc House — opposite Lidl, Folkestone

Join Goldie Burns for a soothing group sound bath to release tension, calm your nervous system, and create inner stillness during the busiest month of the year.

Expect crystal bowls, healing frequencies, and an hour designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect.

Please bring your own mat, blanket, and cushion for maximum comfort.
