✨Sound as Medicine: Foundations ✨
A practitioner-led introduction to sound therapy

What this is
A stand-alone teaching day rooted in embodied experience, nervous-system awareness, and ethical use of sound.
This is not a certification — it’s a foundation for those who want to work with sound with sensitivity, restraint, and depth.

You’re learning how to listen, not how to perform.

Who it’s for
• Energy-aware beginners
• Reiki practitioners (any level)
• Yoga teachers, therapists & bodyworkers
• Those drawn to sound but overwhelmed by “sound bath culture”

No prior sound-healing training required.

Core themes
• Sound as regulation, not stimulation
• How sound affects the nervous system
• Listening vs playing — and why silence matters
• Working with bowls, chimes & voice (when — and when not — to use them)
• Reading the room energetically
• Avoiding overwhelm, dissociation & energetic flooding
• Ethics, boundaries & scope of practice

This is a teaching and experiential learning session, designed to support personal practice and professional discernment. It is not an accredited qualification.
