Meet Ann — our brilliant Practice Manager and Dispensing Optician who keeps everything running smoothly at Eye Folk and Eye Deal Opticians.

With her expert knowledge of frames and lenses, Ann helps every patient find the perfect pair of specs. She’s also the one you can count on to go the extra mile — from fixing a broken frame to helping with glasses bought elsewhere.

Her kindness and patience put even the most nervous (or youngest!) patients instantly at ease.

When not keeping everything shipshape at Eye Folk and Eye Deal, Ann loves spending time in our wonderful local restaurants and bars, and going for relaxing walks along the canal in Hythe.

Sean joined the Eye Folk team this summer as an Optical Assistant.

We're very grateful for the wealth of experience from the travel and hospitality industries Sean has brought, helping us deliver great customer service and a warm welcome to everyone who visits.

We thought it was time for some introductions…

First up - let’s meet Lucy - the owner and lead Optometrist at Eye Folk and Eye Deal.

Lucy’s passion for delivering exceptional eye care and prioritising her patients knows no limits!

Hailing from a family of optometrists, Lucy always knew she wanted to run her own practice with these core values. She also serves as South East council member for the College of Optometrists.

When she’s not immersed in optometry you’ll find her out and about with her young son and husband Luke, owner of Folkestone’s Bouverie Tap.

We’re not sure how she manages to fit everything in, but we do know she always has time for her patients!
