Welcome to Grow with Yoga-I am a Child, Teen and Adult Yoga Teacher. Currently I run a weekly Young People’s Yoga Group and am planning to start Adult classes soon-watch this space...

I also offer one to one Yoga at home and can discuss your personal requirements - I am happy to work in a therapeutic way to address issues such as anxiety, low mood, body issues or simply to take time to relax

I have a special interest in Yoga to support positive mental health. I have over 30 years NHS nursing experience, 20 of which are in Child, Adolescent and Family Mental Health.

My Yoga style is a slow and considered Scaravelli influenced approach -the emphasis is on finding comfort and ease - both in body and mind. I have also trained with Special Yoga who promote inclusive yoga for all regardless of physical or other limitations.
