Hi, my name is Charlotte. I am a psychology graduate and clinical psychology masters student. I have always loved working with children and joined the Aspire team as an assistant psychologist 6 months ago. I am particularly passionate about supporting neurodiverse children for whom life isn’t always straightforward. Much of my role involves observing children in their natural environments such as at school. It has been a tremendous privilege to be able to make a small difference by supporting the work of the Aspire team. ✨

Hello I’m Jo, I qualified as an occupational therapist from Southampton university in 2006. I love the sea so I returned back to the coast as soon as a job opportunity came up here in Kent. I joined Aspire Autism Services Kent because I am passionate about enabling people to live their best life, which I feel is very much aligned with the company’s ethos. I am committed to supporting children, families and adults through their diagnostic journey by offering some simple tools to better manage sensory needs.

Hello, I am Julie. I have been a speech and language therapist since 1994 and have been a team lead and clinical lead in the NHS for the past 10 years. I have wanted to be a speech and language therapist from an early age because my brother had a severe speech disorder. I haven’t looked back since and continue to look forward to supporting children with communication differences. I believe that every child deserves to thrive and as a co-founder of Aspire autism services Kent, it is a privilege to support children and their families in their journey towards a better understanding of themselves.
