Sai Care Homes Christmas Party 2025 🎄

Last night, staff from across Sai Care Homes gathered at the Dover Marina Hotel and Spa, for our annual Christmas party!

While this year has given us its fair share of hurdles to jump over and challenges to tackle, there was still plenty to celebrate!

The night kicked off, as always, with our staff awards, in a ceremony led by Operations Manager, Lalitha Kumar, and our founder, Mr. Kanagaratnam Rajaseelan - the award winners were as follows:

🏆 Best Employee of the Year: Kuldeep S from Hatfield Lodge

🥇 Best Carer of the Year - Tudor Lodge: Tracy O.
🥇 Best Carer of the Year - Hatfield Lodge: Malmi K.
🥇 Best Carer of the Year - Whitfield: Ashishkumar C.

After the awards were handed out and a few bonus tokens of appreciation were handed out to home managers and members of the corporate team, staff tucked into a vast spread of food - oh, and who can forget dessert!

Once everybody digested, we hit the dance floor, bustin’ moves to a blend of bhangra bangers & classic floorfillers 🕺

It was definitely a night to remember - and the perfect opportunity to recognise and congratulate our incredible staff for all their hard work in a turbulent year.

We’d like to thank the team at Dover Marina Hotel and Spa, Tapestry collection by Hilton and Churchill Bar & Lounge for their kind hospitality throughout the night, Lalitha & John for planning everything, and the wider RS Rock Holdings family for their support throughout the year.

Hatfield Lodge are next in line for our company-wide, dementia-friendly signage rollout - read more in their post 👀

After a successful rollout at our sister home, Tudor Lodge Care Home, we're installing new dementia-friendly signage across Hatfield Lodge!

These easy-read signs champion residents' independence, making it easier for everyone to navigate their surroundings with confidence.

Oh, and they are designed entirely in-house - so they're tailor-made for us!

We'll be rolling out our new signage in two phases.
