📢 Important Reminder – 48 Hour Cancellation Policy 📢

We kindly remind all clients that we operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. When appointments are cancelled at short notice or missed entirely, it disrupts the flow of our sessions and directly impacts the progress of our learners' qualifications.

We understand that life happens, but repeated short-notice cancellations or no-shows make it difficult for us to deliver the quality experience we promise.

👉 Going forward, if this policy is not respected, we regret that we will no longer be able to offer advance bookings to those affected.

From 28th April every Monday and Tuesday 9.30am and 11.15am for advanced facial and non surgical body treatment.

From 23rd April every Wednesday 9.30am and 11.15am, every Friday 9.15am and 10.45am for Manicure, Pedicure, Waxing, Manual tans, Threading,Facials Lash & Brow treatments.

Hair will be offering cuts and colours every Monday from 9.15am, cut and blow dries every Monday at 2.15pm and every Tuesday at 9.15am.

Well done to our Level 2 Hairdressing students who placed Gold in the first year blow dry, Silver in Avant Garde and Bronze in bridal in the KFE skills competition which saw them compete against all the colleges in Kent.

A massive thank you to Ivy Rose Bridal Boutique who kindly let us loan one of her beautiful wedding dresses. If anyone is looking for a bridal or prom dress make sure you contact Kelly as she was absolutely amazing.
