We are based at the Arch Clinic in Fordingbridge and our sports massage therapist Alice has over 16 years of experience practicing massage therapies. This includes time working for a premiership football team and also alongside a Paralympic GB athlete.
The experience gained whilst working with these professional sportspeople has been invaluable and has contributed to her becoming a soft tissue specialist, helping her to cure and prevent injuries for both our professional and amateur clients.
We look after a huge range of clients, of all ages, occupations and backgrounds most of which reside in Fordingbridge, Ringwood, Southampton, Salisbury and across the New Forest.
