Pine Needles: The Respiratory Aid
Pine needles are most commonly used as a tea or steam inhalation.
🌿Respiratory Support: They act as a stimulating expectorant, helping to thin and expel mucus from the lungs. This makes them effective for wet coughs, bronchitis, and congestion.
🌿High Vitamin Content: Pine needles contain significantly more Vitamin C than lemons (historically used to prevent scurvy) and are rich in Vitamin A, which supports eyesight and immune function.
🌿Antiseptic & Diuretic: The tea is mildly antiseptic for the urinary tract and acts as a diuretic to help reduce water retention.

Gary說，收割Melissa 的收割儀器是我們自家設計的，因為發現Melissa收割後不能接觸地下，因為她不喜歡骯髒的，就像一個公主。

「2000年，當香蜂草（Melissa）首次種植於我們位於聖瑪麗斯（St. Maries）的農場時，」 Mary Young 在其著作《D. Gary Young, The World Leader in Essential Oils》第二版中寫道，「這種精油在世界上並不多見。」後來情況逐漸改變，但 Gary發現，採收時若將香蜂草植株切割後留在地上，它們產出的精油量並不多。因此，他在割草機下方鋪設防水布，以承接切割下來的植株。防水布裝滿後，便被吊上平板拖車，運往蒸餾廠。
