Happy Rainy Monday Morning ✨
It always feels like a bit of an effort to get myself out for a dog walk on a wet day like today but I always love it when I do ✨

The smell of damp earth, the sound of the rain drops hitting the trees and splashing through puddles, it definitely pleases my inner child !! ✨

And then when I find something as beautiful as this, the iconic Fly Agaric (Amanita muscaria) which is not uncommon where I live but it still makes me very happy to see it! ✨

But lucky I had a lovely reflexology client who was more than happy to have cuddle with Mollie Cat 🐈‍⬛ ✨

Happy autumn equinox ✨
I spent yesterday afternoon with Sarah from Ringwood Yoga and a fabulous group of ladies celebrating the autumn equinox. A gorgeous afternoon with beautiful meditations, yoga flows and ending with a deeply relaxing sound bath

Wherever the night took you, I hope the energy of Full Moon Eclipse gave you what you needed✨

For me….
I was gifted with insight, clarity and clear messages throughout the evening✨

Started the evening in circle held by Emma and then travelled home with the beautiful moon to my East keeping me company ✨

Stopped off at my old haunt, climbed the sand pit and walked through the woods absorbing the powerful moon energy ✨

Such a beautiful evening and so grateful for everything it offered and gifted ✨

Our second Heart of the Forest Women’s Wellness Retreat was another deeply nourishing day of connection and renewal.

Together, we moved, breathed, shared, and softened into a space of stillness and joy. The forest held us, the sound bath carried us, and our hearts opened to new layers of healing.

With each gathering, the circle grows stronger—women supporting women, creating ripples of calm and clarity that flow far beyond the day itself.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and brought your beautiful energy to the space. 💗

This is me, this is mine, my work in progress ✨

This time of year often feels weird to me, like I’m waking up and the world is just rushing past at a million miles an hour!! This can lead me to feel unsettled or just have an overwhelming feeling of NOT fitting in.

It’s taken me a long time to accept that I just don’t fit in with the “norm” and that’s okay!

This painting is nowhere near finished but it’s full of light codes and love. But she’s a reminder to stay on my own path, stay authentic and stay in the light ✨
