We all love getting out and doing the garden but unfortunately it does mean a lot of bending, twisting and lifting which can be hard on your back!
Here's some tips to keep you feeling good while enjoying your garden...
π» Try to kneel down to do your weeding if possible and use a pad to protect your knees!
π» When lifting heavy items bend with your legs not your back!
π» Avoid twisting wherever possible.
π» Take regular breaks and stay hydrated!
