Affirmations was started in 2016 and to this day whether I am performing healing, crafting stock, selling on my stall or generally offering advice or guidance, this is my true passion. Not only this energy but we also have the Flower full moon - the moon of hidden things, the moon that brings up what we have been hiding.
It’s a time to let out the wild in you without guilt, meet the parts of you that doesn’t quite fit, the animal you, the primal you. Walk barefoot, play a drum, dance celebrate this beautiful turn of the wheel.

Are we so busy we are not taking the time to listen to the sound of silence? We live in such a world today that if we are not doing something- it must be wrong. Why not try today find a quiet place -in your home, garden, or even in the forest or local park, and just sit and listen in silence to, to the sound of silence. Just to update yous on what’s up and coming over the next few weeks. The next Sandleheath Soundbath is Sunday 26/04/26 -doors open 10.45am for an 11am,start. Then on the first Monday of the month - 4/5/26 we have the Alderholt Soundbath - doors open 7.15, for a 7.30pm start. The exchange for these is £15.50 pp, which is non refundable, please be advised booking for either event is essential. Please get in touch if you are interested. Crystal blessings )0(
