Hello everyone and welcome to my page. I am fully qualified and insured level 4 Sports Massage Therapist. I qualified back in 2018 and have been helping not only Sports Professionals but anyone that may be experiencing aches and pains from daily life, this could be old injuries, sitting at a desk in the office or at home. Working with you and understanding your needs is very important for you to receive the right treatment. I can provide a dedicated treatment plan for you. I am based at home with a massage room for privacy and space to work or I can come to your home. One of the things I am doing is working on a Sunday as I totally understand people have busy lives. The first treatment you will receive a full posture analysis, movement assessment and consultation. Please message to book. I look forward to helping people live a pain free life!!
