I've been hearing and reading a lot about September Reset - this is what it means to me:
R - Rejuvenate (I have a yoga retreat in Crete coming up)
E - Energise (lots of gardening and walking now the weather is cooler)
S - Simplify (time to clear out stuff, unsubscribe from unwanted emails, weekly meal plan)
E - Embrace (welcome the new season and opportunities to try new hobbies)
T - Time management (focus on priority and important activities, reduce time scrolling)

What does your September Reset look like?

I felt very honoured to be invited to provide a mindfulness session in this beautiful care home, Hyacinth House, Wimborne. It was so interesting to see how mindfulness was embraced by some of the lovely residents and amazing team members there. I loved the experience and learnt a lot from it. For me the main take away was the importance of kindness - kind words, kind actions and respecting each other.

I had a wonderful day yesterday - with a fab yoga class in the morning, followed by a call with my yoga teacher buddy to identify best flight options for our retreat in Sri Lanka and a catch-up with another friend to plan for the .

I enjoy networking sessions especially when they're in stunning local locations like this one.

It's been a great week for me with a mindfulness session booked by a local care home for their residents, families and staff. Plus a meeting arranged to plan a collaboration with a New Forest business. Details to come soon - think it's going to be popular ☺️.

So interesting for me to read this article after providing mindfulness sessions to Brockenhurst College last week during their Wellness Week. It was such an honour to be invited to do this and very insightful. Our teenagers are coping with so much and a little mindfulness on a regular basis is so beneficial.

We enjoyed hosting a very successful tea party for . We raised nearly £250 and everyone had a great time chatting, drinking tea and eating tasty cakes. We held a raffle and sold ginger biscuits all aid of this cause.

I really enjoyed hosting my Debbiemindful Spring Joy workshop so much so I forgot to take any photos 😉 We talked about noticing ‘glimmers’ and how these moments of joy are so good for our wellbeing. We also practiced a tea meditation, somatic movement, mindful walking, stretching and balancing and finished with a relaxing chakra body scan.
