As we move into the Autumn, I’m reminded of the analogy of the how the trees let go of their leaves at this time of year, quite naturally to make way for the new. In the same way that it’s helpful for us to let go of stuff, that which no longer serves us, to make way for new opportunities.
In our practice we can focus physically on creating space/length, as well as beyond the physical, connecting to where we can find inner space/stillness/presence, tuning into the space that’s already within. Yoga to help us recognise what we might need to let go of, that which no longer serves us.
