Do join me for this magical one-off chanting workshop to build the energy of peace! A fabulous opportunity to nourish yourself, our community, and our planet with stunning India mantras, beautiful, easy-to-learn melodies and wonderfully uplifting harmonies, all supported by guitar and cello.
This workshop will be longer than my weekly chanting group, to enable a 'deeper dropping' in to these mantras, a greater calming and replenishing of the nervous system and an opening of the heart.
This is offered on a by donation basis and all are welcome.

I am excited to be offering a 3-day intensive singing group leader training...coming up soon, in July! This will be a fantastic opportunity to gain the skills to run successful choirs or singing groups with differing client groups and to learn many tricks and tools to make running your groups easier and teaching songs effortless!

Hey everyone! I am so excited to be offering some new sessions starting next week….combining mantra chanting (accompanied with my guitar), with meditative ThetaHealing energy-clearings.
I have been on a journey over these last couple of years, moving from working at physical, conscious and unconscious levels…to working at 'below the unconscious', by training as a ThetaHealing techniques practitioner. I have been combining this work with my singing, coaching and Alexander Technique work and have been amazed at the profound and deep changes possible! I have found that daily energy clearings have been a powerful aspect of this work and so would love to offer some of this to our community.
As many of you know I also love to get people singing together….and so in these (almost) weekly sessions at the Anderida in Forest Row, I will begin with chanting, with the view of helping us to become more present, centred and filled with joy, before moving into meditative energy-clearing offerings, to leave us calm, ‘clean’ and free from negative feelings or energies, entities, thought-forms or whatever we may have ‘picked up’ or taken on during the day…from those around us, from our surroundings…or from ancestors…..
