Kinesiology is a holistic complementary therapy that uses muscle testing to read the energetic bio feedback system from our bodies to find where health issues stem from, where imbalances/ energy drains are and what particular stresses are affecting you.

Clients come to Kinesiology for a range of reasons.

Sometimes they have obvious PHYSICAL symptoms and want help to alleviate them.

Sometimes they think the issue is food related and want FOOD SENSITIVITY TESTING.

Sometimes they want help and support to work through a difficult EMOTIONAL time.

Other times, they don't know what's ‘wrong'; they just know THEY DON’T FEEL RIGHT!

It’s all about the layers and…The BODY has the ANSWERS!

🕵️‍♀️Kinesiologists work across all realms; physical, emotional, biochemical, nutritional and electro-magnetic to find the root cause of the issue.

We never have to guess or assume what's going on. The body will tell us WHAT needs to be dealt and HOW, as well as the order in which to make the relevant corrections.

😊It is so helpful to come with an OPEN MIND and trusting the wisdom of the body to lead the way.

🧅Picture an onion...often the issue has multiple layers just like the onion and each one needs to be peeled in a sensitive, gentle way to gradually get to the core.

🦸‍♀️As Kinesiologists, we provide the tools, techniques, resources and the roadmap. The client must also TAKE RESPONSIBILITYfor doing any 'homework' between sessions, which may involve exercises, lifestyle changes, taking nutritional supplements or remedies for emotional support or changes to diet.

⭐️When we work in partnership with our clients, we see amazing results!

Your body is always communicating. Are you listening?

That persistent backache, the tension in your shoulders, the fatigue that won’t go away... these are all signals that something is out of balance.

The body has no other way of communicating with you, so it gives you symptoms in the form of aches and pains.

The problem is, we humans don’t come with manuals like cars and other machines do, so we usually don’t know what the body is trying to tell us!

That’s where kinesiology comes in…

Kinesiology helps to uncover the root causes of these issues, using gentle muscle testing to assess what your body needs to function at its best.

Rather than just managing symptoms, kinesiology focuses on restoring balance at the root cause level, helping you feel better, move better, and live better.

🍓🍏🍇🥦🥑🫑

Nowadays, the amount of essential nutrients included in fruit and vegetables sold in the UK is approximately half that of 1940.

No wonder most of us find it increasingly difficult to follow a diet with enough micronutrients.

The types of crops grown by commercial farmers today are very different from those grown in the past. Modern farming practises are hazardous to our health because they expose us to pesticides and other dangerous chemicals and deplete the soil of vital nutrients.

Although the availability and diversity of fruit and vegetables has increased due to imports, a significant amount of the nutritional value will be lost during transportation and storage.

SO WHAT CAN YOU DO TO HELP YOURSELF?
💚Increase fruit and vegetable intake
💚Switching to organic foods (where possible)
💚Taking relevant supplements*
💚Support your digestive health*

*Our Kinesiology Practitioners are trained to work with your body and identify EXACTLY which supplements you need to support your body and your digestive health.

They are able to test for the root cause of gut dysbiosis - the imbalance of gut microbiome - and have many techniques in their toolboxes that will restore balance to your body and all it's systems.

🍞🍊FOOD SENSITIVITY TESTING

Did you know that through Kinesiology and food sensitivity testing, you can confirm:

✅food intolerances;

✅which foods are giving your body energy;

✅which foods your body is struggling with?

❗What you eat is fundamental to your overall health.

If you're eating foods that your body doesn’t process well, it can lead to mental as well as physical problems over time.

Some examples of food related symptoms include tiredness, brain fog, bloating, joint pain, energy loss, inability to lose weight, low mood or anxiety, headaches, stomach pains, constipation and diarrhoea, eczema, spots or acne and even hyperactivity in children.

Finding out which foods may be contributing to these symptoms is key in returning you to full health and wellbeing.

Food testing with kinesiology is simple and non-invasive. During a session, foods or energetic food vials are placed on the body and a muscle test is carried out.

If the muscle weakens we know that particular food is draining the body of energy, or in other words, the body is intolerant or sensitive to that food.

🪱Food sensitivity testing is always carried out as part of a wider & thorough digestive balancing session because if you have sensitivities it’s VERY likely there is some kind of imbalance in the gut.

Our Kinesiologists will balance the body in a holistic way addressing any underlying emotional factors, confirming any vitamin or mineral deficiencies and finding the right supplements for your unique case, working on any structural issues and ensuring there is flow in your energy systems.

💦WATER💦

Water has so many benefits for our health and wellbeing.

Here are some reasons for ensuring your body has enough water on a daily basis.

Water helps to:
💦transport nutrients to cells,
🫗remove waste,
💦helps relieve constipation,
🫗controls body temperature,
💦helps maintain a healthy rate of metabolism,
🫗support brain function and energy levels,
💦relieves back pain

Dehydration stresses the body and when the body is stressed, it becomes dehydrated - a vicious circle spoken about by Barbara Wren in her book, A Return to the Light (a good read).

In Chinese medicine, the water element is linked to the Bladder and Kidney meridians. The emotions linked to both the bladder and kidney meridians are fear, worry, anxiety.

Water strengthens these meridians and helps the energy flow efficiently through them. In turn, the emotions are supported as well.

It’s generally recommended that we drink between 2-3 litres of pure water per day depending on your physical activity level, build etc.

❓Are you getting enough? How can you increase your water intake to better support your health & wellbeing?

A good tip is to start using a water bottle with the times of day written on it. These bottles are a good visual aid and reminder to keep DRINKING! 💦

Do you suffer with Hayfever around this time of year? 🌸

Here are 5 tips to help you manage seasonal allergies naturally:

1️⃣Source some local honey and take a spoonful a day in the couple of months leading up to and during your usual hay fever period

2️⃣Try drinking nettle tea - it’s one of nature’s natural antihistamines and can help to relieve symptoms like sneezing, itchy eyes and a runny nose

3️⃣Boost your immune system with supplements such as magnesium, quercetin, turmeric, vitamins A, C, D & E, NAC and probiotics and/or the homeopathic remedy, A.Vogel Pollinosan… even better, instead of guessing, go and see your local kinesiologist so they can muscle test you and find out EXACTLY which of these your body will benefit from!

4️⃣Reduce your intake of dairy to reduce mucous production which will make symptoms worse

5️⃣Increase your intake of garlic - it’s best eaten raw and is a natural anti-inflammatory and antihistamine. If you can’t stomach that, try taking garlic tablets. Not only will it boost your immune system, it also acts as a natural decongestant and can help to relieve symptoms.
