Archaeologists in China have uncovered the country's earliest known steel acupuncture needles, a remarkable medical find buried for over two millennia in the tomb of the Marquis of Haihun in East China's Jiangxi province, according to the provincial cultural relics and archaeological institute.

A wonderful weekend of CPD training at the International College of Oriental Medicine, ICOM, with David White from the INR/ Institute of Neijing research. We had an amazing time looking at the techniques and pulse taking around the body according to the Su Wen and Ling Shu. Also looking at big needles and non insertion needles. More tools and more ways to help patients.

What is a healthy life? How do we regain balance? For me, in these changing times, children leaving home, finding myself living alone, it's resting, reading walking in nature and learning from it... and of course my bees. Mifeng means honeybee in Mandarin. As I have to practice what I preach I get to honestly return to you, my client, refreshed, balanced, grounded and healthy.
