Meet the team: Tash Hope

Natasha studied at the University College of Osteopathy and since then has combined treating patients, further training, and teaching. Her current roles are: practising osteopath at FROC; postgraduate trainee at the Osteopathic Centre for Children in London; and assistant tutor at the European School of Osteopathy.

Her academic background includes a BSc in human anatomy and an MSc in chiropractic. She has completed cranial osteopathic training with the Sutherland Cranial College of Osteopathy.

Her approach is to gain a thorough understanding of structural imbalances and other factors affecting the health and wellbeing of the patient. This allows her to provide effective, personalised treatment utilising both cranial and classical osteopathic techniques. She has broad experience treating people of all ages including infants.

Osteoporosis affects 3.5 million people in the UK. Half of women and 20% of men over the age of 50 experience fractures.

Osteopaths are taught to screen you for and assess your risk of having osteoporosis. We can give advice on diet and exercise to maintain good bone health as we age.
