Feeling so much gratitude for everything nature is offering us to eat at this time of year, the nettle , cleavers , primroses, magnolia flowers and wild garlic. Feasting on these very yummy wild garlic scones today thank you to Juno magazine for the recipe .

Just completed Tergar Anytime Anywhere Meditation teacher training: My heart is full of gratitude. It was an intense and beautiful year . I am now ready to deliver the newly developed out in the community, under the guidance & instructions of Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche with the support and guidance from our mentors from Tergar Meditation Community and Healthy Minds.

Beautiful mugwort for healinng wombs .. she was gifted to me by a friend who visited Nagi Gompa yesterday and found her in the garden there . Nagi Gompa was the monastery of Tulku Urygen a great realised Tibetan Buddhist master , he was the father of Mingyur Rinpoche . I am now dryig her in the sun overlooking Kathmandu valley and will bring her home to offer to women as part of a yoni steam blend at the festivals I will be working at this summer .
