If you have never tried mantras before give these a try or come up with your own. Mantras are phrases or positive affirmations that you repeat to yourself, which describe a specific outcome or who you want to become. At first, these affirmations might not be true, but with constant repetition, your subconscious mind will start to believe them. Hence brings about the manifestation of your thoughts.

Good morning to absoloutly everyone. I'm someone that always says I like to put a face to a name or a face to a voice,and realised that although youtalk121 is recognised by its logo. That maybe you would appreciate being able to put a face behind the service.
Well here it is the face behind youtalk121. I felt compelled to say this morning that it doesn't matter what we have had to endure throughout our lives we can overcome the traumatic experiences and turn it around.
I decided many years ago that I could not allow the unwanted experiences of my journey define the person I am or the person I was destined to become. There is still a stigma about seeking interventions through talking therapies to support healing,acceptance and growth especially within my community. However there is no shame in saying I need support with....sometimes we can get stuck in old ideas of ourselves that may no longer be true.
