Feet & Ankles 👣
The feet don’t lie - it’s the first thing I look at when teaching a new student. By looking at the feet alignment and ankles first - you can often identify the root cause before looking at the symptoms. I personally practice in bare feet from gymnastics days and because it’s bare contact efficiency in strengthening the feet, ankles, calves, anterior tibilais (shins) and all of those small muscled and tendons surrounding those muscles. 🐧
