Celebrating 25 years this month at The Astute Group!
Paula and Andy walked through the doors of The Astute Group within weeks of each other, not at the beginning of their careers, but at the start of something that would shape the next 25 years of their lives.
What followed wasn’t just time served, but a journey built on loyalty, hard work, resilience, and an unwavering belief in what The Astute Group could become.
Twenty-five years later, they are so much more than colleagues, they are part of the fabric of this business. Shareholders. Directors. Leaders. And, without question, legends in their own right.
Andy will soon hang up his boots, closing a remarkable chapter and stepping into a very well-earned retirement. His impact, his character, and his presence will leave a lasting mark on everyone lucky enough to have worked alongside him. We’ll be celebrating him properly… watch this space.
And Paula, already a driving force behind The Astute Group for decades, continues to lead as Joint Managing Director, carrying forward not just the business, but the spirit and values that have been built over all these years.
This isn’t just a milestone. It’s a legacy.
