It all starts with us....... Time out, adjusting perspectives and breathing in the fragrance of trees.
Today don't let the thoughts in your head trip you up. Holding onto too many expectations can just make us forget every single one of us are dealing with things that others no nothing about.
A different day, find a friend 2 or 4 legged and chase the day in a different way past, present future.

The Sshed from a different angle! The delight and flavour of autumn raspberries (they do hang on my side of the fence) very much appreciated and enjoyed.

Morning folks.

Didn't want you to think I'd abandoned you, so here I am...... 😊

A few updates in here so just to confirm. This weekend on Sunday 12th October I'll be in the Queens Hotel at the R&R Holistic therapies fayre.
On the stall will be Shungite 🖤 and Findhorn Essences.
I will also be doing a 30minute presentation of everything Ssheddy. So come and see the offerings of the day.
