The first 30 minutes are for existing members to weigh while new/rejoining members get a new member talk then 40 minutes for IMAGE Therapy (group).

Why not come along on Wednesday 12th November 2025 to restart or begin your journey and not have to pay the joining fee. This offer is only on till the end of this week.

As long as you are starting without your history then you’ll only pay the weekly fee of £5.95 or £5.65 (depending on age).

If you’ve been missing and want to come back and keep your weight loss history it would be £17.85 or £16.95 (depending on age)

Remember, there is never a “good” time to start, we can find excuses for every week of the year. But, how good would it feel to start 2026 half a stone or more lighter than now!

We are fast approaching the the end of the year and 2026 a brand new year and incredible opportunities await you …..if you have ever considered the role of Slimming World Consultant, then keep reading 🌟

We have groups of members in our local community - Forfar - Arbroath - Laurencekirk - who don’t have a forever Consultant and I feel so sad for those members because I know how amazing we all are as a team
We also have real opportunities to re - open groups in Brechin and Kirriemuir 🌟

This is why I’m reaching out to see if I can help anyone begin an exciting journey in 2026 as one ( or two or three! 🥰 ) of my new team mates 🌟

🤩Recipe of the Week 🤩

‘Marry me’ chicken pasta

Creamy, dreamy and bursting with sun-dried tomatoes, this rigatoni recipe is truly irresistible

🤩Ingredients 🤩

⭐️Low-calorie cooking spray
⭐️600g skinless and boneless chicken breasts, diced
⭐️200g cherry tomatoes, halved
⭐️250g dried rigatoni pasta
⭐️1 large onion, diced
⭐️4 garlic cloves, crushed
⭐️2 tbsp smoked paprika
⭐️1 chicken stock cube
⭐️5 tbsp tomato purée
⭐️2 tsp dried Italian herbs
⭐️400g passata
⭐️Grated zest and juice of 1 unwaxed lemon
⭐️120g extra-mature Cheddar, grated
⭐️220g baby spinach, chopped
⭐️Small pack fresh basil, chopped
⭐️4 tbsp plain quark

🤩Method 🤩

⭐️Spray a large non-stick frying pan with low-calorie cooking spray and put it over a high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes or until cooked through. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 1 minute, then set aside.

⭐️Cook the pasta following the pack instructions, then drain and set aside.

⭐️At the same time, spritz a large non-stick saucepan with low-calorie cooking spray and put it over a medium heat. Add the onion, garlic and paprika and cook for 2-3 minutes. Dissolve the stock cube in 300ml boiling water and add to the saucepan along with the tomato purée and Italian herbs. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 5 minutes or until the onions are soft. Add the passata and lemon zest and juice and cook for a further 5 minutes.

⭐️Gradually add the cheese to the saucepan, then blitz in a food processor until smooth and return to the pan (or use a stick blender). Stir through the spinach, basil, chicken and cherry tomato mixture, and pasta. Heat through, then remove from the heat and stir through the quark. Season to taste, divide between 4 plates and serve with your favourite Speed veg or salad.

Deduct 6 Syns if using Mature Cheddar Cheese as a Healthy Extra ‘a’ choice.

I think all existing members now know hence this post is to confirm that the MONDAY PM group has closed with immediate effect. When we can get new consultants on board head office will look into reopening it.

I have had to stop all Monday groups myself due to health issues. I will still be running the Wednesday group and my team developer, Rae, will be looking after the Monday AM for now.

I’ve run the Monday PM group since the end of January 2020, although I’d covered the group ad hoc for a month or so before that. The Monday AM group I started looking after mid August 2020. It was strange not having to get up early this morning and I kept going to pack my car yesterday for it.
