Hi folks! The next stage of my divestment away from certain platforms, systems and companies is to close down my Facebook account and my Google mail, as well as deleting WhatsApp. In future, should you want to get hold of me then you can do so via this email: gmlauder@sacred7thdimension.org or by texting (or calling) my phone number if you have it, which will not be changing when I relinquish my iPhone. For now, my Instagram will remain active but be moving to my laptop, better suited for intentional engagement. I want to engage in a more mindful and less immediate way - reclaiming my time and attention from the ensnaring digital web :) Much love, Gail.
