Another exciting collaboration, this time it’s Sound Therapy by Pav with yoga. I can imagine that really enhances the practice! ✨

Gentle breath work followed by, slow & mindful yoga asana, this will be accompanied by the gentle natural sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drum and gong, these sounds calm, heal and support muscles during asana. At the end of the class, we go in to relaxation state, it helps to go deeper in to ours self to let energy settle just where it needs to go...

The Fusion of Sound and Light, I have been shown, is the ideal delivery system for the higher frequency energies being made available for us now at this time.
