Woah we are so close to smashing the target! I’m so delighted. Thank you so much to this incredible Vibe Tribe & our local community. So many beautiful gifts have been donated for the prize draw. Moray Fresh Start will be able to offer so much more support to those who need it because of YOU! I’m deeply grateful.

A massive thanks to The Bakehouse for supporting our Festive Fundraiser this year with a pizza voucher. They make the most delicious fresh pizza on a Friday & Sat night. You could be enjoying yours soon if you win! They also happen to have the best Dahl in Scotland on their menu & heaps of other delicious food & hot drinks, as well as a shop full of yummy local veg & all the deli treats you can think of! I spend a lot of time there 😂

We all know the endless benefits exercise brings to us but what do we do with those benefits.....?

I offer a 30 min Personal Training session (where the objective is to raise the heart rate) followed by 60 mins of outdoor coaching, maximising on the perspective and positive attitude we receive through exercise.

Vibe Drumbeats. Yoga & drumming. Sunday 10th Nov.

I’m super excited to offer this next workshop Vibe Drumbeats with the brilliant Carol Scorer. We’ll be gathering at The Club Room, Altyre on Sunday 10th November 4.30pm to explore our innate rhythm through yoga & drumming.

Enjoy the soft vinyasa to yin flow with a live drumming soundscape. We’ll break for delicious Gut Feelings Booch & Vibe Blondies (V,GF,SF) then get into an hour long drumming workshop.

All equipment is included but please bring your own yoga mat if you have one & a thick blanket.

£40pp but I also have a discounted space available as part of Vibe Financial Assist, so if you want to join and this will help you manage please message me.
