“Hi, I'm Laura the face behind Heavenly Sanctuary. I've been a therapist for over 27
years now, working on cruise ships, local salons and teaching at UHI Moray for 14 years. Wanting a change, I decided two years ago to stop teaching and run my business more out of Life & Sole. I have been here for over 9 years now and absolutely love what I do, specialising in sports therapy massage. I thoroughly enjoy working out of Life & sole.

If I'm not working, I'm training:) having competed in kettlebell sports for over 8 years, I switched to Powerlifting last year. Loving the change in training and just competed in my first competition a couple of weeks ago.”
