As we move into a new year, we wanted to take a quiet moment to reflect on the year gone by and to thank those who have placed their trust in us.

The year past has held many emotions. For some, the New Year feels hopeful and forward-looking; for others, it can be a gentle reminder of those who are no longer here and are dearly missed. However this time of year feels for you, please know that you are very much in our thoughts.

At Tom Ross & Sons, supporting families is something we care deeply about. Being trusted at such a personal time is never something we take lightly, and it is a privilege to walk alongside you, offering support, reassurance, and understanding when it’s needed most.

As we step into 2026, we wish you calm moments, strength on the harder days, and comfort in the memories you carry with you. We hope the year ahead brings peace, healing, and kindness in many small ways.

With heartfelt regards,
Callum and all the team at Tom Ross & Sons x

Christmas can mean many things to many people. For some, it is a time of happiness, celebration and togetherness; for others, it may bring memories of loss, grief, or the hardships faced over the past year.

To those looking forward to the festive season with joy and anticipation, we hope your Christmas is filled with warmth and happiness. To anyone experiencing sadness or carrying the weight of bereavement, please know that you are very much in our thoughts. This can be a tender and emotional time of year, and we encourage kindness, understanding, and compassion for one another.

We are truly grateful for the trust our community places in us. It is a privilege to support families at such difficult moments, and we sincerely thank you for allowing us to care for your loved ones. Your confidence in us is something we never take for granted.

From everyone at Tom Ross & Sons, we wish you a calm and peaceful Christmas, filled with comfort, love, and hope.

Best wishes,
