It all started....

I had been interested in starting Yoga when I was 16 but I was too shy to go to a class alone. Two years later, whilst traveling in South East Asia, I tried my first class and from that day my life changed completely!

At first I loved the physical aspect and all the wonderful benefits in and outside my body, I was amazed how I felt after each class, like I had just gone through a transformation. Whilst in India I found a teacher who I had one on one training which helped me go much deeper into my practice and she helped me establish and mantain a daily practice on my return home.

Upon return I found a very serious and disciplined Yoga teacher in London who I would travel 70 miles almost everyday to practice with. My teacher encouraged me to take my first training and after years not feeling ready I finally took his advice and trained at the Sivananda Ashram in Kerala 2012. I took a further Vinyasa training in Northern India 2014.

I have been teaching in Oxford for over 5 years now and I still pinch myself for having my dream job ! Last year I gave birth to my son and I can honestly say it has changed my practice and teaching in such a positive way. I feel even more intune to my body and finding ways to best honour it and help teach others to find their own inner guide.
