This month, we are delighted to introduce the newest member of the KTrees team, Ross!
Ross brings a fantastic mix of experience, skill and personality to his role at KTrees.
Ross grew up in Gairloch in the north west highlands, where they’re no stranger to beautiful beaches, rugged coasts and stunning sunsets over the Minch, which separates the Isle of Lewis from the mainland. Growing up on a croft in such a beautiful part of the world has given Ross a deep appreciation for nature and the outdoors. This guides a lot of the work he does for KTrees, championing the preservation of healthy trees when possible.
Ross gained his arborist qualifications during a 5-year stint with SSE where he worked as part of their tree-cutting squads. In this role, he had
the opportunity to develop his rope skills and sharp eye for safe & efficient tree work. Not to mention, getting plenty of experience working
in some of the challenging and remote areas found throughout the highlands.
All this sounds great, but it doesn’t stop with trees! Ross’s background inhospitality ensures that he can always develop a great rapport with our amazing KTrees customers, whether it’s chatting through the details of an upcoming job or introducing the team to a new client, his customer service skills really shine through. And of course, we couldn’t not mention that Ross is also a keen guitar player in his free time, so maybe one day we will be treated to a little lunchtime tune or two!
We are delighted to have Ross on board with the KTrees team, and we look forward to working together for many years to come!
