A little ramble about my marathon recovery! If anyone is interested!
Finishing the marathon... as you can see I wasn’t quite sure what to say or do afterwards! Lol

New yin and restorative yoga class, starting 18 th may 1.30-2.30 (in Tuesday’s) at medstead church hall. Come and join us online live stream, on demand or in person 🙂. Yin is amazing for working into the parasympathetic nervous system, calming the mind and body, deeply stretching the connective tissue, reducing inflammation and even cell regeneration/ healing. I’m so excited to teach this. For me yin yoga has really changed my life, mentally and physically. Hope to see you on your mat! 🙂
