It can be a very emotional and physical journey. My aim is to support clients on their desire for a family. Today, we wanted to take a moment to recognise the courage of the men and women who come to see us.

For all those heart-breaking moments, where you get up and try again, we see your amazing resilience and courage and we applaud you. It's not easy.

Couples who experience difficulties conceiving often reach a point where they feel stressed, tense, anxious and exhausted.

That's one of the reasons why we promote reflexology as a relaxing, non-invasive complementary therapy. It will reduce stress, alleviate pain and reduce symptoms associated with some reproductive health conditions.

Our members learn when they train with us during their Reproflexology™ course work, that it's not just the fertility enhancements it's working with the whole person, for both parents. Body, mind and spirit in combination.

I just wanted to thank everyone who generously gave a donation and those came to have reflexology taster sessions with me recently. A total of £360 was raised for Cancer Research UK.

October is Menopause Awareness Month.
👣Who do you know going through menopause- yourself, a friend, relative, partner?
👣For some it can be easy but others experience many symptoms.
👣I have completed 2 very worthwhile courses on Reflexology for Menopause which incorporated lots of useful information which I can pass on to clients as well as additional Reflexology techniques I can incorporate into my treatments to support those going through Menopause.
