The irony of being someone who teaches energy alignment and literacy is that the lessons never stops arriving for you either.

My mind is always on. It's how I can read energy the way some people read a room.

But it also means I can go years without fully switching into joy.

My dad dies four years ago this July.
We had a deep connection, the kind that shapes you in ways you spend years understanding.

And in the time since, something quiet went missing.

Not grief. I know grief. This was different.

It was lightness. Ease. The ability to be fully present in a moment without reading it.

This weekend past, in the Scottish Highlands, with my closest friend, I felt it come back.

And I understood, this isn't seperate from the work.

Joy is a hugely important frequency.
And it belongs in the next stage of who I am becoming and needs to take centre stage!!!

She'd done 1:1 work before. She knew her patterns intellectually. But knowing and shifting are two different things.

Her house had been on the market for over two years. Every time momentum built, it collapsed, buyers pulling out, viewings not showing, no reason given. She'd started to believe it would never happen.

She joined the Pattern Reset Protocol and something changed. Not just in her thinking, in her baseline.

There are moments when life and work become the same thing.

Watching my son step into his teenage years, fully, boldy, on a stage...

I felt something settle in me.

We were both in a rite of passage.

His, from boy to young man.
Mine, from one stage of this work and into the next.

Eighteen years of practising energy alignment.

Not learning it. Living it.

And right now the integration is happening... the two full moons this monthbookending a new moon, the energy of completion and new beginning arriving at the same time.

I don't teach what I haven't lived. Not many carry that level of integrity.

This is what that looks like.

Three years.
The same wall. The same result. No matter what she tried.

She wasn't doing anything wrong.
She was working at the wrong level.

The pattern keeping the door closed wasn't in her strategy.
It was in her energy.

When we identified it, and she began the work to release it, the external world responded.

It always does!
You don't get what you want. You get what you are.
