I'll never forget the day I realised my story wasn't just my story... it was someone else's turning point.
I was on a call with a woman who had almost lost all hope.
I shared one small piece of my journey, and it shifted everything for her.
That moment birthed a truth;
Our lived experience becomes powerful the second we stop hiding it.

A few years later, I was a founding member at a Awomans empowerment summit. I knew I was interested in speaking, but it wasn't until I watched that something clicked.
She wasn't speaking, she was storytelling.
And I remember thinking, that's it, this is how I am meant to communicate.
Since then, the way people respond to my story has been nothing short of extraordinary.
It stopped being optional. It became service.
Because, if I stay quiet when I have the confidence to share what many women can't voice yet, then I am abandoning the very women who need to remember whats possible for them.
Colleen became one of my greatest mentors.
And now, Ive spoken on stages all across the world - London, Bali, Birmingham Austin, countless summits and a US tour coming next year!
Last night I had the honour of sharing a stage with powerhouse speakers on R3 Summit.
I was a little nervous, not about speaking, but about condensing a full keynote inton10 mins.
It landed. It inspired. It reminded people that their past is not the authority on their future.
And this is why I do what I do.
I see so many women, especially over 40, feeling stuck, stagnant and directionless.
And every single time it comes back to the same core truth.
If there's uncertainty, you're out of alignment.
You energy is speaking before your mind catches up.
The emotions, patterns and conditions are running the show.
You can't have clarity of purpose without energetic alignment
You can't have certainty without awareness.
You can't step into the future while old programs are running.
Alignment first. Everything else follows.
To become unstoppable, alignment is key.
