WEEKLY CLASSES
Strong Yoga - Mon afternoon, Tue Morning & Evening
A steady, energising flow to build strength, mobility and confidence in your body.

Strong Foundations (Beginners / Slower Pace) - Mon evenings
Same focus, just with more time to explore, learn and feel your way into each movement.

Ashtanga Yoga (Saturdays)
For when you want something a little more dynamic, structured and progressive.

Prenatal Yoga - Tuesday evenings
Supportive, calming movement and breath for pregnancy: time to connect, move and feel good in your body.

IF THE WEATHER PLAYS NICE…
Free Beach Yoga & Dip - Sat early morning
Keep an eye on my stories, if the conditions are right, we’ll head to the beach for a gentle flow and optional dip 🌊

MONTHLY SESSIONS
Friday Stretch & Relax (last Friday of the month)
A slower evening practice to unwind, release tension and reset for the weekend.

2-Hour Inversions Workshop - Sunday 17th MAY
Time to go deeper —this month is all about being upsides down with all the stands... Headstand, Shoulder Stand, and play with the foundations of forearm stand and hand stand.

Postnatal Yoga

I’m currently completing my Advanced Postnatal Yoga training - It's a few years since I've shared this class and felt it was time for a refreshing, learning, and bringing in new research so I can support this stage even better.

I’m planning to start classes this month…

HELLO SPRING… (we’re ready when you are šŸ˜…)

March is nearly done, I don’t know about you, but I am more than ready for a little warmth, lighter evenings… and maybe even our first beach yoga of the year šŸ¤ž

(If the wind could calm down a bit… that would be great šŸ˜„)

Until then, we’re finishing the month feeling strong, stretched and well-rested.

END THE MONTH WELL

FRIDAY NIGHT RELAXATION (tonight Fri 27th March)
A lovely release-style stretch class with bolsters, blankets and a deeply restful Yoga Nidra to finish.
Come unwind, reset and head into the weekend feeling lighter.

SATURDAY ASHTANGA
Lean into this steady, transformative practice.
Our regulars are really starting to feel the difference: stronger, more flexible, more confident each week.

LOOKING AHEAD TO APRIL & the EASTER HOLS

Things I’ve learned from teaching pregnancy yoga…

Over the years, I’ve received so many messages from mums-to-be.

Questions after appointments.
Worries about discomfort or pain.
Uncertainty when things don’t go quite as expected.

And one thing I always want you to know is, you don’t have to navigate it on your own.

In our classes, we adapt.
We find ways to move that feel supportive.
We focus on breathing, awareness, and building confidence in your body.

And then, one day, I get messages like this…

✨ ā€œI used the breathing techniques and felt so calm during labourā€¦ā€
✨ ā€œBaby turned and I managed a natural birthā€¦ā€
✨ ā€œI felt so much better after class — it really helpedā€¦ā€

And honestly, that’s the most special part of what I do.

Some of the strongest women I know walk into yoga carrying a lot more than their yoga mat.

They arrive after long days.
After caring for children, partners, parents, families.

Some are raising little ones.
Some are growing babies and preparing to meet them for the first time.
Some are guiding children who are already finding their own path in the world.
And some are now grandmothers, watching a new generation unfold.

Many of the mothers in our yoga room come to build strength in their bodies
but what I see most is the quiet strength they already carry in their lives.

The resilience.
The patience.
The care they give so freely to others.

Over the past few weeks we’ve also welcomed several beautiful babies into the world from our prenatal classes, which is always such a special moment to witness.

Motherhood holds so many emotions too.
For some, today may also bring memories of mothers or children who are no longer here, but are always held close in the heart.

So today I’m thinking of all the mothers in our community šŸ¤
in every stage, in every story.

Thank you for the strength, warmth, beauty and laughter you bring into the room each week.

You are seen.
You are appreciated.
And our community, and selfishly, my life is better because you are part of it.
