Supportive, calming movement and breath for pregnancy: time to connect, move and feel good in your body.

Free Beach Yoga & Dip - Sat early morning
Keep an eye on my stories, if the conditions are right, weāll head to the beach for a gentle flow and optional dip š
MONTHLY SESSIONS
Friday Stretch & Relax (last Friday of the month)
A slower evening practice to unwind, release tension and reset for the weekend.
2-Hour Inversions Workshop - Sunday 17th MAY
Time to go deeper āthis month is all about being upsides down with all the stands... Headstand, Shoulder Stand, and play with the foundations of forearm stand and hand stand.

Postnatal Yoga
Iām currently completing my Advanced Postnatal Yoga training - It's a few years since I've shared this class and felt it was time for a refreshing, learning, and bringing in new research so I can support this stage even better.
Iām planning to start classes this monthā¦
