"Your body is genuinely incredible.
We're just here to remind 𝙞𝙩 of that... one move at a time."

You know that thought…
“I really should get back to yoga / try yoga / do something for myself…”

Take your chance

I’ve got spaces in:
• Ashtanga
• Beginner
• Strong
• Prenatal

Yoga helps you feel stronger, sleep better, move easier and cope with stress — all while giving you an hour just for you.

Imagine yourself beside a river.

When we’re halfway through change — letting go, clearing out, shifting something in our lives — this is often when it feels too much, too raw, tender.

Not because we’re doing it wrong.
But because we’re touching something real.

This short visualisation is a place to rest.

You don’t need to understand what you’re releasing.
You don’t need to explain it.
You don’t need to fix it.

Just let the river carry it for you.

✨ Save this for later — for evenings, for moments of heaviness, for when your nervous system needs a soft place to land.

WHAT’S ON THIS WEEK

New week, fresh energy, same friendly faces (and always space for new ones 😁)

If you’re craving:
• stronger muscles
• more flexibility
• a calmer mind
• time just for you

Yoga ticks all the boxes and I’ve got spaces across Beginner, Strong, Prenatal & Ashtanga this week.

Come as you are. You don’t need to be fit, flexible or know what you’re doing, that’s what the class is for.

Crow pose got you feeling it in the wrists?
Let’s make your hands a little happier before you take flight 👐

Over the last few weeks we’ve been playing with Crow in class — and yes… wrists definitely notice 😅

These are my go-to wrist warm-ups + tweaks to help you build heat, strength, and a bit more comfort when taking weight into your hands.

Think:
● Flicking water off your fingertips
● Pulling out stubborn weeds
● Wringing out a wet towel
● Padding, stretching, circling, gripping — all the good stuff

Perfect before arm balances, planky things, especially handstand … basically any pose where your hands are doing the work.

✨ Save this for later and come back to it before your next practice

💬 And tell me ... do your wrists love Crow… or complain loudly?

That drawer you haven't opened in 6 months?
Yeah. That one.

We've all got one.

That cupboard, that box, that mysterious corner of the bedroom that we just... walk past. Every single day. Pretending it doesn't exist.

Here's the thing — it's not just taking up physical space. It's quietly draining your energy too.

We put off doing anything with it, thinking it's a bigger task than it really is.

But iften you don't need a whole weekend to fix it. You just need 20 minutes and a bin bag.

That's it. That's the whole secret.

I like to use February as a month to tackle little tasks that make a difference, 10 to 20 minutes each day.

Ashtanga is a deeply satisfying practice.

Not because it’s easy.
Not because it’s fast.

But because you notice the difference.

✨ A little more strength
✨ A little more space
✨ A growing sense of confidence in your body

Students often tell me:

“I’m noticing changes every week.”
"I really feel like I’m making progress."
“I didn’t think I’d enjoy a longer class but now I love it.”

Same sequence. Same breath.
A body that’s quietly getting stronger and more flexible each time you show up.

If you’re curious, come and try it .... Saturday mornings 9am
You might surprise yourself.

• Book in and feel it for yourself.

A reminder you don’t need to feel motivated before you come to yoga.

Motivation usually arrives after you’ve moved, breathed, and taken time just for you.

If winter has knocked your rhythm, that’s normal.

If you’re feeling stiff, tired, or a bit flat ... yoga can help.

And give you that feel-good boost of energy, the sense of doing something just for you, or that “ahhh, I needed that” feeling that comes from challenging yourself and moving your body.

Classes start back next week and you’re welcome exactly as you are.

👉 Book your place or message me if you’d like help choosing a class.

Winter has felt a little heavier this week.

The snow is beautiful… but the disruption, the loss of routine, and that slightly cut-off feeling can sneak up on us. I’ve felt it too.

I’ve been leaning into small things that help — a good clear-out, journalling, a little yoga (nothing fancy), snowy dog walks (more like wading through snow drifts), baking too many of my favourite flapjack cookies, and slowing things right down.

It’s reminded me why yoga helps so much at this time of year. Not because we need to push harder, but because moving, breathing, and showing up gives us that feel-good lift we forget we’re missing.

Classes are starting back next week (a week later thanks to the snow), and you’re very welcome to come back — or begin — in a way that feels doable and supportive.

If you’ve been craving a bit more energy, challenge, or that “I’m glad I did that” feeling, yoga can be a wonderful place to start.

👉 Book via the link in my bio, or message me if you’re unsure which class is right for you.

Happy New Year lovely people ✨
I hope your festive break was full of good company, cosy moments, and a little well-earned time just for you.

As you can see… ❄️ I’m properly snowed in, so rather than rush or battle the elements, I’m giving us all an extra week to rest, reset and move gently at home.

All classes will now resume w/b Monday 12th January 2026 ✨

In the meantime, I’d love to see how you’re spending these snowy days
❄️ share a photo of the snow where you are,
❄️ your home yoga corner,
❄️ a cosy self-care moment,
or simply you taking a pause.

Tag me or pop it in the comments so we can all enjoy a little winter inspiration together 💙

Sending love, warmth and calm until we’re back on the mat,
Diane x
