We’re still feeling the festive cheer from our amazing Christmas fete! 🎅✨

From Santa’s grotto and delicious hot chocolate and mince pies, to fabulous raffle prizes and wonderful stall holders – it truly was a day to remember. 💕

Thanks to everyone who joined us and helped make the event so special. Together, we raised an incredible £818 for our residents’ fund! 🎉

🎄 Thank You for a Fantastic Christmas Fete at St Modans! 🌟

We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who joined us on Saturday for our Christmas fete – it truly was a wonderful day! 💕

From visits to Santa’s grotto, delicious hot chocolate and mince pies, and lots of amazing raffle prizes, to our lovely stall holders who made the event extra special – we couldn’t have done it without you. 🎅✨

Together, we raised an incredible £818 towards our residents’ fund! 🎉

Festive Fun with Playbarn Nursery! 🎄

What a joyful day at our home! We had the absolute pleasure of welcoming the wonderful children from Playbarn Nursery for a festive visit!

From colouring in letters to Santa , building towers with blocks , to sharing giggles and playtime —there was no shortage of meaningful moments. The children even gifted us with beautiful handmade Christmas decorations which now brighten up our space with love and cheer.

We’re truly honoured to have been invited to a special preview of their Christmas show next month —we can’t wait to come along and support you all! 🎭

We were delighted to wish Marion a very happy 99th birthday! 🥳💐

Marion loved her thoughtful gift and card from her niece Margaret and her husband Angus – such a lovely surprise. 💝

And of course, no birthday is complete without cake! 🍰

We’re absolutely thrilled to announce the arrival of not one, but TWO Able Tables from Inspired Inspirations!

These incredible additions will help us create personalised, meaningful experiences for our residents—focusing on abilities, not limitations. From reminiscence therapy to sensory stimulation, the possibilities are truly inspiring.

A massive THANK YOU to everyone who helped us raise a fantastic £6,400 through sponsored walks, raffles, and generous contributions from Whitelink Seafood Ltd, Score Europe Ltd, Homestyle Fraserburgh, Dingbro Ltd, DC 3D Prints, our Christmas Fete 2024, and all other kind donations.

Moira enjoyed a lovely morning out shopping, visiting her favourite stores and picking up a few treats while starting her Christmas shopping. 🎁✨

The highlight of her day? Meeting a gentle giant called Kaiser! 🐾 Moira was delighted when Kaiser’s owners took a moment to chat with her – such a heartwarming encounter. ❤️

🎶✨ Music & Remembrance at St Modans Care Home ✨🎶

Today (11/11/25), we were joined by the amazing AOG Choir for their fortnightly visit – and what a treat it was! 🎤🎸 We sang along to the guitar, tried our hand at a ca****la, and discovered some truly talented voices among us.

We also took time to pay tribute to the fallen soldiers on this important Remembrance Day, honouring their courage and sacrifice. 🌺

A heartfelt thank you to the choir and our wonderful colleagues for making this day so special. ❤️
