It’s crazy to think it’s already been a whole year since I launched this business but what a great experience it has been. I can’t thank everyone enough who has supported me and visited me for treatments.
I’ve loved helping people so far and can’t wait to continue to do so.

As a bit of a thank you to everyone, I’m going to run a competition for 2 free hour sessions with myself. To enter all you simply need to do is like and share the post and tag 2 people in the comments for your name to be entered!!! The draw will be done on Friday the 17th of April.

I know I’ve been very quiet on social media this year but I’ve been very busy with things in the background that I’ll be hoping to share with you all soon.

Well folks it’s officially that time of the year. With it being the first I thought I would share the calendar for December as I know it is a busy month for all.

As you can see all ❌ are days that I won’t be open, and all the free spaces are days that I will be. In the start of the New Year everything will go back to normal for hours and days starting the 5th of January.

I know this time of year is hectic and busy for everyone so if there is any days or times that may not work for you but you really need to get seen just give me a message, I’ll try be as flexible as possible for you all!

Introducing gift cards for you all !

With Christmas coming faster than ever I thought it would be a good idea to introduce gift cards. It can be a great stocking filler or handy for those who may be regulars, it’s a great way to spoil the ones you love. (E-vouchers are also available)

For me both proactive and reactive are useful at times, but in relation to keeping your body at optimal function and in a pain/injury free state, being proactive is a MUST!

Everyday we learn more about our bodies and how they are evolving to suit our lifestyles. They are mostly adaptive things and will work with what we put it through.

So if you have been ignoring the signals your body has been sending you or delaying what needs to be done, let this be a sign to go out and be proactive and take charge with whatever it is your body needs. Everyone is different and everyone has their own ways of enjoying treatments and recoveries, do what you enjoy and works best for you!

Finally thought I would drop a small introduction of myself since it’s probably about time. I’m happy to say that I’m currently in the training as well for another more advanced diploma where I’ll be able to offer even more techniques and skills to help you all !

Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to book in so far and all of those who have liked or shared any of my social media. I am looking forward to seeing even more of you!

Hi folks, just dropping a question that if people would be interested if I was to do a mobile service for one day of the week?

How it would work is simply instead of you coming to me I’ll come to you and your homes ! You don’t need to do anything except provide me a space for the bed and I’ll take everything with me. The prices would be slightly more than my standard prices to cover the cost of my travelling but I just wanted to have a bit of a feel for this kind of service as I understand not everyone has the time of day to get seen to or be able to travel for appointments.
