PRICES✨

Here is my official price list and below is some more information regarding the differences;

Physiotherapy initial appointment - Personalised session involving a detailed conversation about symptons, history, lifestyle etc followed by an in depth physical assessment involving posture, strength, balance, joint mobility and more. The first session may or may not involve treatment depending on how long the assessment takes 📝

Physiotherapy follow ups - Treatment plan commences and can involve manual therapy (massage & cupping included), exercise rehab plans, mobility work, postural correction and education depending on what is advised but also what you would like personally! 💪🏼

Massage only - No formal assessment or advice regarding potential injuries but will still involve some basic information gathering prior to the massage. Various sports massage techniques will be used to manipulate soft tissue and try to alleviate any symptoms / niggles you may have!

Feel free to message me for more information regarding any of the above! I do not offer any other massage techniques at present, only sports/deep tissue🤩 Accepted payments include cash and bank transfer.

As of next week I will be taking bookings! Message on facebook, instagram or whatsapp (+44 7424 655493) for my availability and to get yourself booked in.

Please bear with me as I nagivate starting my business and have varied availability due to keeping on other work😄 When I get going and find my feet I will have more structured hours and flexibility!

You will find me at the business centre in Fraserburgh, room 27. This is located upstairs, at the very end of the left corridor (lift access available). On arrival, pop me a message to let me know you are here and I can come down to let you in. If someone grants you access to the building before I am available, there are seats downstairs or right outside my door🤩

Looking forward to getting going soon! Another post to follow this afternoon including my price list and what the treatments entail🧡

Lastly, just want to say a huge thanks and express my appreciation to those who have helped me make this possible - you know who you are!!

The face behind the business - get to know me!

✨ My name is Emma, I turned 25 in November and I graduated as a Physiotherapist coming into 2025! What got me to this point?

🏊🏼‍♀️ I swam competitively from age 7-17 and along the way experienced some highs and lows.. I reached the British Championships, gained a North District record, attended training camps in Lanzarote and became Scottish summer champion. These achievements came at the cost of many injuries and health related issues! From attending physio appointments to seeing doctors regularly I knew that health & wellbeing was an area I was interested in from the get go.

📚 I went on to study at RGU at age 17 with no exact idea what I wanted to do. I spent 4 years studying Sport and Exercise Science and had various jobs alongside this including; life guarding, active schools and gaining my sports first aid qualification! I graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science but wasnt quite done there.. 🤣

🎓 I decided to go for my Masters degree in Physiotherapy and completed another 2 years at RGU. Alongside studying my full time masters, I completed my sports massage qualification and kept up my sports first aid refreshers whilst working for FFC. At the end of my studies, I completed my 5 week elective placement in Vietnam which has given me a whole new outlook on my approach to dealing with clients🫶🏼

🕥 Since graduating, I have had time to work some relief jobs and have had a break from studying / all things academia😴 I continue to work with the development teams at FFC completing pitch side first aid and pre-game treatments and enjoy working alongside the best team.

💜 Fast forward to now; I love many different aspects of Physiotherapy and have decided to take a leap into the unknown and start my business venture! I hope/look forward to seeing a range of clients whether it be atheletes, post-operation, general strains and niggles or just someone looking for some deep tissue work after a stressful week!

🧘🏽‍♀️ More about me personally - I practice what I preach and love keeping myself as fit and healthy as possible with the best gym community (shoutout ZONE Studio Fitness !!) I switch off every night by reading🤓 I LOVE a holiday! Lastly a fun fact - I was a baton bearer for the commonwealth games in 2014!
